The Grand Marshal is the famous Scottville Clown Band.
The Scottville Clown Band is known for its colorful attire and crazy antics. This diverse group of band members comes from all over Michigan and over 14 other states.
The application deadline is July 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
Applications will only be considered after this day if spots are still available.
