The vendor registration deadline for the 2026 Troutarama Festival is June 15, 2026. Spots are limited, so we recommend signing up early to reserve your booth.

Please note that a $50 late fee will apply to:
• Any payments made by check that are postmarked or paid in person after June 15th, regardless of when the vendor registration was submitted.

Vendors may pay using credit or debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Pay, or by check.

Please note:
• All online payments include a processing fee.
• Vendors who prefer to avoid processing fees may pay by check.

• Vendor spaces are not reserved until payment is received.

• Check payments must be postmarked or paid in person by June 15, 2026 to avoid a $50 late payment fee.

Vendors may still register after the deadline if space if is available. If the online vendor registration form is still accepting submissions, vendor spaces are still available.

Please note that while we accept registration after the deadline, a $50 late fee will apply to registrations submitted after June 15.

Each vendor space includes the designated booth area only. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any other setup equipment needed for their booth. All tents, displays, and merchandise must remain within the assigned booth space.

Electricity and water are not guaranteed. Vendors should be prepared to operate independently and bring any equipment needed for their setup.

No. Booth locations are assigned by the Troutarama committee to ensure the best overall layout and traffic flow. Vendor placement is based on event logistics and cannot be requested or reserved.

Troutarama does not offer exclusivity for products or food items, and more than one vendor may sell similar menu items or merchandise.
