Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Troutarama. The application deadline is July 1st, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Applications will only be considered after this day if spots are still available.
Applications received after July 1st, 2023, are subject to a $50 late fee if approved.

Non-profits are eligible for a FREE 10 x 10 booth if they register prior to the deadline.
The deadline to sign up is July 1st, 2023. Applications received after the deadline are subject to approval only if space is still available.
Applications received and approved after the deadline are subject to a $50 late fee.
No equipment (such as tables or chairs) is provided by Troutarama. Please plan accordingly for a rain-or-shine event.
No, booths are assigned by Troutarama and may not be requested.

Check-In Time:
July 19th, 2023 from 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM.
Vendor booths are required to be in operation for the duration of the event. Any vendors that leave prior to the closing date of July 22nd, 2023, may result in the denial of future space.
